Party Policies

  • All parties, excluding the Express Package, include access to a private party room (during 45 mins. of dining time only), a party leader, and set-up/clean-up

  • Prices do not include tax

  • We encourage booking your party at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance, but no party bookings earlier than 3 months ahead are accepted

  • The birthday child does count toward your total guest count

  • $20 will be charged for each additional child.  Children 12 months and under are free.  All children aged 13 months to 17 years of age will count toward your total child count

  • $5 per adult will be charged for all additional adult guests that exceed the total "seated guest" capacity per party package

  • Extra playtime can be added for $100/hour

  • A 50% non-refundable and non-transferrable (after 72 hours) deposit is due at the time of booking.  Please make sure the date you choose is firm as the deposit will not be transferable to another date once the date is booked after 72 hours.  We are able to do a courtesy hold on a date/time for up to 3 days without a fee, but a deposit is required for it to be considered a booking

  • The booking of the party is only absolute upon receipt of deposit.  Deposits are applied towards the overall amount of your party package

  • Final balance and any party or food add-ons are due the day of your party

  • Outside food is permitted with a $40 outside food fee, with the exception of the Express Party.  No outside food, other than a cake or cupcakes are permitted with the Express Party Package.   No fee will be charged for birthday cake/cupcakes or water bottles

  • All prices and information are subject to change without notice

Romp-o-Rama Party Theme Upgrade - $99 (click for options)

Make your party even more magical and upgrade to one of our custom designed party themes to transform the party rooms into a true adventureland outfitted with one-of-a-kind décor of your child’s favorite character or interest.  This upgrade can be added to any of our three party packages!

All theme upgrades include:

  • Themed products and coordinating merchandise

  • Original back drop or banner

  • Fully designed tablescape with coordinating linen, runner, and paper goods

  • Table Centerpieces

  • Decorative paper lanterns or wall/room décor

  • Embellished dessert table
