Party Options

We only take party reservations for dates no more than 3 months in advance. If you are interested in booking a party with us, please review party details below and submit inquiry for date availability.

OPTION 1 - 30 Person Party

Guest count includes BOTH children and adults. Infants UNDER 12 months of age will not count toward your guest count.
Exceeding the guest count will result in a $20/per person charge for weekday parties (Mon – Thurs) and a $30/per person charge for weekend parties (Fri – Sun), with a maximum amount of an upgrade fee to the next party level.
Add an Extra 30 Minutes of Playtime to this Party Option for $75. The additional time is for playtime ONLY and does not extend your time in the party room.
Time slots available for this party option are:
11:30am - 2pm (suggested dining time 12:30pm)
4:30pm - 7pm (suggested dining time 5:30pm)
If the additional 30-minutes of playtime is added to the 4:30p party option, the extra time will start at the beginning of the party time. Party start time would be at 4pm instead of 4:30pm
The playground will be open to other guests for playtime bookings. However, occupancy will be capped for optimum enjoyment.
Party Deposit Required to Book Reservation - $199

OPTION 2 - 50 Person Party

Guest count includes BOTH children and adults. Infants UNDER 12 months of age will not count toward your guest count.

The only time slot available for this party option is:
4:30pm - 7pm (suggested dining time 5:30pm)
If the additional 30-minutes of playtime is added to the 4:30p party option, the extra time will start at the beginning of the party time. Party start time would be at 4pm instead of 4:30pm
The playground will be closed to all other guests and reserved for your party attendees only.

Party Details

Days available to book your party.

Parties are now available for booking 7 days a week! Private Parties/Events (Monday & Tuesday), Weekday 2-Hour Party bookings (Wednesday &Thursday) are available at a discounted rate, and there are three package options for Weekend Party bookings (Friday - Sunday) to best suit your needs.

Placing a courtesy hold.

If you are not quite ready to move forward with your party booking and deposit, we can place a courtesy hold on a date/time for up to 3 days without a fee. However, you must call or contact us during business hours on or before the last day of your hold to make a deposit in order to retain your date, otherwise your hold will be cancelled.

Booking your party.

The booking of a party is ONLY confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit payment and the signed return of your party contract. Deposits are applied towards the overall amount of your chosen party option.

Party deposits & payments.

Check the pricing drop down menu above for the deposit amount required for the party option of your choice. After party deposit is made, the remaining balance is due on your party date, upon arrival. Parties can be upgraded or downgraded up to 5 days before party date. Only credit cards or electronic payments are accepted. We are a NO CASH establishment.

Refunds and date changes.

All party deposits are non-refundable. Please be sure of your event details before submitting payment, as deposits are used to secure your requested date and staffing.

Deposits may be transferred to a new date only if a rescheduling request is made within three (3) days of the initial deposit payment and is subject to availability.

No refunds or credits are issued for party deposits.

Set-up time

Party hosts are allowed access to the party room 1-hour prior to party start time for set-up for weekend parties and between 30 - 60 minutes for weekday parties, based on prior bookings.

Non-hosted party.

Please note that our parties are non-hosted and are not pre-packaged. The available party options include access to the private party room for the full duration of your party and the entry fee for all party attendees. It does not include food or decor. This allows for our guests to work with a blank canvas and host the party that they want.

Room decor and food.

Room decor, outside food and drinks are permitted at no additional cost but must be kept in the party room at all times. Client is responsible for room breakdown. No alcohol or smoking allowed.

Party vendors.

If needed, our Party Manager would be happy to make recommendations from our preferred list of party vendors that are highly rated and familiar with our playground.
